Please only complete this form if you have exhausted the list below and are still stuck or if you have a product recommendation.
There can be many reasons why you may not be receiving emails from me. This is very difficult to diagnose since everyone has different devices, browsers, email clients, and firewalls, etc. For this reason, I cannot respond to these requests. If you have previously unsubscribed, you will not receive any emails from my account.
Try these steps before submitting a support ticket:
When you make a purchase on the website for Digital Downloads you will be redirected to the download page immediately after your purchase is complete. If this page takes too long to load because of internet gremlins, then you may have clicked off before you saw it. If that is the case, you can still access your downloads under your account on the site.
To access your account CLICK HERE. You can register for an account, but if you made a purchase, an account was already created.
Use your Email and Password to log in. If you do not recall the password, please use the “Lost your password?” link under the LOGIN button.
Once you log into your account, click on the DOWNLOADS button to retrieve them.
Your order number is provided on the Thank You page that follows right after you place a successful order. You will also receive an email with your complete order, downloads and Order number. If you do not see the email, it may be in SPAM or JUNK so search your email inbox for hello@hitherandyonstudio.com and it should pop up.
NOTE: You only receive an account if you place a paid order. You will not be provided an account for freebies.

You may be locked out of your account if the systems suspects fraudulent activity or an excessive amount of login attempts or excessive downloads in a short window of time.
If this happens, wait 30 minutes for the system to reset your account and then try to log in again.
If you have entered your email incorrectly at checkout, you will not have an ability to reset your password since your email is incorrect and that is how you would receive the reset email.
If you still cannot access your account, please submit a support ticket below.
There is no limit on the number of times you can download and there is no expiration date on your downloads.
Please note that our system may identify multiple downloads from various IP addresses as a violation of terms and may lock your account. This will only happen based on certain criteria and most customers will not experience an issue.
If you are locked out of your account, please complete the form below to submit a ticket. We generally respond within 24 hours.
What to Do If You Don’t See the Image in my Emails
If you’re not seeing the image of a free item, it might be due to your email client’s settings blocking images.
Below are instructions for common email services to help you enable image display so you can click the image to download your item. After making these changes, reopen this email or refresh your inbox to see the image.
Gmail
- What to Check: Gmail may block external images by default for security, especially if it doesn’t recognize me as a trusted sender yet.
- How to Fix:
- Open this email in Gmail.
- Look for a prompt at the top saying “Images are not displayed” and click “Display images below” to show them just for this email.
- To always see images from me: Click the gear icon (top right) > “See all settings” > “General” tab > scroll to “Images” > select “Always display external images” > click “Save Changes.”
- Tip: Add my email address to your contacts to help Gmail trust my messages.
Yahoo Mail
- What to Check: Yahoo Mail might block images, showing a red “X” or blank space instead, due to its security settings.
- How to Fix:
- Open this email in Yahoo Mail.
- Look for a “Show images” link or button at the top or bottom of the email and click it to display images for this message.
- To always see images: Click “Settings” (gear icon, top right) > “More Settings” > “Security and Privacy” > ensure “Show images in emails” is set to “Always, except in spam folder.”
- Tip: Switch to “Rich Text” format if you’re in “Plain Text” mode (check the toolbar when composing a reply).
Apple Mail (on Mac, iPhone, or iPad)
- What to Check: Apple Mail may block remote content to protect your privacy, especially on newer systems.
- How to Fix:
- On Mac: Open Apple Mail > click “Mail” (top menu) > “Preferences” > “Viewing” tab > ensure “Load remote content in messages” is checked.
- On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > “Mail” > scroll to “Messages” > turn off “Protect Mail Activity” (if on) and ensure “Block All Remote Content” is off (or toggle “Load Remote Images” to on).
- Note: If you see a “Load Remote Content” button at the top of my email, click it to show images just for this message.
ISP-Provided Emails (e.g., Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, etc.)
- What to Check: Many ISP email services block images by default to prevent spam or tracking, but settings vary widely.
- How to Fix:
- Open this email in your ISP’s webmail (e.g., mail.yourisp.com).
- Look for a “Show images” or “Load content” option at the top or bottom of the email and click it to display images for this message.
- To always see images: Check your webmail’s settings (often under a gear icon or “Options” menu) > look for “Display” or “Security” > find an option like “Show images” or “Load external content” and enable it.
- Tip: If you use an email app (like Outlook or Thunderbird) with your ISP account, see the app’s settings for similar image options or contact your ISP’s support for help.
AOL
- What to Check: AOL may block images for security, especially if it’s an older account or default settings haven’t been updated.
- How to Fix:
- Open this email in AOL Mail.
- Look for a “Show images” link or button and click it to display images for this email.
- To always see images: Click “Options” (top right) > “Mail Settings” > “General” > under “Reading,” ensure “Always show images in mail” is selected > click “Save Settings.”
- Tip: If you’re using the AOL app, check its settings under “Mail Settings” for a similar image display option.
Additional Notes
- After adjusting settings, you might need to refresh your inbox or reopen the email to see the image.
- If the image still doesn’t appear, try clicking “View in browser” (if included) or reply to me directly for assistance.
- Clicking the image will take you to your free download.
