Karen Billinger

I am 66 years old and have been crafting since I was a young girl. Sewing Barbie clothes, embroidering, knitting and crochet all taught to me by my Mom. I am a retired nurse and have always loved teaching others. I was a labor and delivery nurse and taught prenatal classes for many years. My tutorials on YouTube have been well received and have given me a way to teach and inspire others with my creative ideas.

Heather Cromwell
Heather Cromwell

My name is Heather and I have always loved all forms of art and creating. I discovered junk journaling about 7 years ago when I got sober, and it became so much more than a creative hobby for me. It helped me through my recovery, PTSD, and many other difficult parts of my life. Through it I discovered how powerful creativity can be as a form of healing and I wanted to share that with others. I have a Shop on Etsy called Crafting in Recovery where I sell my journals. I have a Kofi and a Instagram account as well. It was a huge learning curve when I started all this so I had to teach myself how to work with YouTube, Instagram and researched for about a year before I started any of it lol. I’mvnow getting ready to add art therapy and craft with me videos to my YouTube channel, with the hope I can help others find a healthy way to express themselves and find comfort in the simple process of creating. I have learned so much from your classes and am excited to start digital design myself. I’m also really excited you opened up this opportunity for your design team. I love sharing my passion for junk journaling and papercrafting to inspire others.

I’m Felise, a passionate paper crafter who fell completely in love with junk journaling and building mini albums from scratch. My style is all about creating fun, interactive projects like folios, pockets, and beautifully layered tags. For me, paper crafting is the ultimate way to relax, connect with an incredible community, and turn beautiful digital papers into meaningful, handmade keepsakes.

Winnie Kimmel
Hi! I’m Winnie! I’ve been crafting something my whole life. Lol lately I’ve been doing a whole lot of snail mail and little folios. I’m new but I am a quick learner. I usually like to take things and make them nerdy. one time I took one of Hither and Yon Studio 12×12 foldable book projects and used Japanese Manga to decorate it. It was so fun.

I have been been in arts and crafts for most of my life, and I have found enjoyment in many different forms of artistic adventure. I learned knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint as a child. Jewelry and resin came later, right before I found junk journaling, and I still do some of these things today. I have always been a creative at heart. I am hoping to make a living doing what I love, which is making the world a prettier place.

Cindy Mitchell-Clark

I have been paper crafting since about 2006. I started with creating cards, then started to include 3D items and have moved into journals in the last couple of years. I was a Stampin UP! demonstrator for nearly 15 years and held classes and workshops. I retired my demonstratorship when I returned to live in the UK in 2024. I now experiment with different products and suppliers and have shared on my blog and youtube channel for over 13 years.

Lisa Turner

I didn’t think I could “do art” until after I retired and discovered YouTube! It led me to acrylic painting, mixed media art and to Hither and Yon Studio, which I’ve followed since the beginning. I love designing and creating themed journals. My style tends toward simplicity: vintage-style pages, old photos and designs evoking the “good old days” – but I also enjoy exploring new styles and ideas.
