Why? Each month I will receive more than a handful of emails from lovely crafters who are not receiving the monthly kit after they sign up. Many of these are from YAHOO, AOL and ISP email account users. Please know that these email clients are notorious for high SPAM filters and often will block some or all of my emails from getting through. To avoid this you can head over to your email provider account now and add my email and name to your email contact list.

IMPORTANT: If you have unsubscribed from an email in the past, you will likely not receive the kit as my system cannot send you any email once you unsubscribe. If you feel you may have unsubscribed in the past, you can try using a different email to sign up and receive the kit. 

If you still do not receive the kit, please go to the FAQ / SUPPORT link above and send in a ticket to help you resolve this.
